Job summary

Construction Development Company in Mysuru is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage campaigns for real estate projects.

You will lead lead generation, paid campaigns, social media, content and SEO to boost online visibility and generate quality leads. Collaboration with sales required.

Candidates with 3+ years in digital marketing across industries are welcome; real estate exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in digital marketing
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and reporting
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with Canva or similar creative tools is a plus
• Able to work independently and meet marketing targets

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our company and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, paid campaigns, social media marketing, online branding and improving digital visibility.

Candidates from any industry with relevant digital marketing experience are welcome. Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) for lead generation.
• Generate quality leads and continuously work on improving lead quality and conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget, CPL and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Develop and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, videos, banners and other promotional materials.
• Manage website updates, landing pages and online promotional activities.
• Implement basic SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
• Track and analyze website traffic, campaign results and lead performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, site visits and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and advertising platforms.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.

Preferred Candidate

• Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates from FMCG, Retail, Education, Hospitality, Automobile, Finance, E-commerce or other industries with strong digital marketing experience can apply.
• Candidates should be creative, proactive, target-oriented and result-driven.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or any relevant field.
