Job summary

Amor Management Consultants seeks a DELMIA/3DEXPERIENCE Digital Manufacturing Consultant with hands-on DELMIA/3DEXPERIENCE experience and strong process knowledge for our Pithampur/Indore role.

You will support digital manufacturing implementation, process planning, factory simulation, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines. 2+ years of relevant experience is expected, with a Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DELMIA/3DEXPERIENCE experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing concepts.
• Experience with MBOM, BOP and process planning.
• Knowledge of digital factory and manufacturing simulation.
• Understanding of PLM/CAD integration.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidate must have 60% across all academics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support DELMIA/3DEXPERIENCE Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes; identify digitalization opportunities.
• Create MBOM, BOP, and Manufacturing Process Plans.
• Define manufacturing operations, resources, tools, and digital work instructions.
• Support 3D Factory Planning, Plant Layout, and Line Design activities.
• Perform manufacturing and assembly simulations for virtual validation.
• Support ergonomics, material flow, kinematic, and time-study simulations.
• Understand business requirements and prepare functional specifications and use cases.
• Support UAT, user training, documentation, and functional issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing solutions.
