Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Pune, India, invites applications for an Industry Solution Technical Consultant. The role focuses on DELMIA Digital Manufacturing within 3DEXPERIENCE, creating demos and content for tech sales and marketing teams.

You will work to tailor solution packages for consumer lifestyles and retail customers, addressing production planning and regulatory needs. The candidate should be a good functional user with MBOM, process planning, and simulation knowledge and a strong interest

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in 3DExperience – DELMIA is required.
• Ability to define MBOM and Bill of Processes.
• Experience in simulation and validation of context data for manufacturing scenarios.
• Knowledge of Factory Flow Simulation is a plus.
• End-to-end product development and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience in production line environments and manufacturing operations is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with 3DSpace or ENOVIA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create demo data for Tech Sales marketing and demos.
• Develop industry-specific solutions to showcase DELMIA Digital Manufacturing.
• Develop technical documents and handbooks that accurately reflect application design.
• Collaborate with Industry Solutions to set specifications for new demos and applications.
• Design creative prototypes and digital factories per specifications.
• Use DELMIA knowledge to produce high-quality demo content.
• Explore and master specialized applications such as point cloud for demos.

The Consumer-Packaged Goods & Retail and Home & Lifestyle Industry domains in Dassault Systèmes requires a strong candidate with expertise in 3DExperience DELMIA Digital Manufacturing. The Industry Solutions Technical team works for creating the right solution package for the various customer needs. They also create content for the demos and POCs used by the Tech Sales and Marketing teams. The goal is to help customers adopt 3DEXPERIENCE platform including DELMIA Digital Manufacturing in their capital facilities, such as Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail Suppliers.

A good functional user with knowledge on MBOM, Process planning and simulation is expected. The ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in handling production complexity, supply chain volatility and understanding of home & lifestyle Industry regulatory compliance.

• Create demo data to be used by the Tech Sales team for marketing and Sales purposes.
• Develop industry specific solution to showcase DELMIA Digital manufacturing capabilities.

• 1-2 years’ experience in 3DExperience – DELMIA (MUST)
• Defining MBOM, Bill of Processes (MUST)
• Simulation and Validation of context data for different manufacturing scenarios, which includes assembly process simulation, human ergonomics and robotics simulation (MUST)
• Knowledge of Factory Flow Simulation (Nice to have)
• Knowledge end to end Product development, Lifecycle management (MUST).
• Experience of working in a production line (assembly lines) of any discipline, Manufacturing Operation Management, tooling, and vendor development will be (ADDED ADVANTAGE)
• Knowledge on 3DSpace or ENOVIA (Nice to have).
