Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Delmia Support Engineer for Bangalore to join immediately. You will provide L1/L2/L3 support for DELMIA/CATIA and related 3DEXPERIENCE infrastructure, resolving user issues logged in ServiceNow within SLA targets.

The role requires 3+ years in 3DExperience support, strong PLM knowledge, and scripting (EKL/VB/C#). You will work with Jira/Confluence tools and contribute to automation and data migration tasks.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in engineering with 3+ years in 3DExperience support.
• Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, digital manufacturing, and process planning.
• Proficiency in EKL, VB, C#, and scripting for automation.
• Experience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, CAD data migration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTree.
• Certifications in 3DExperience (e.g., Solution Architect) are a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Delmia Support Engineer for Bangalore

Support US users in PST timezone-8PM to 5AM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native applications including DELMIA, CATIA, and associated infrastructure components. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4). Support change management, and BOM management processes. Develop and maintain EKL scripts, VBA macros, CAA customizations, and automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, C#). Manage Multi site FCS, DSLS, 3DIndex, 3DPassport, and FTS (Master/Slave Configuration) servers for optimal performance and uptime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors Engineering degree with
3+ years of experience in 3D experience platform support, especially with DELMIA and CATIA. Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, digital manufacturing, process planning and Work instruction generation. Proficiency in EKL, VB, C#, and scripting for automation. Experience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, and CAD data migration. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTree. Certifications in 3D experience (Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant, etc.) are a strong plus.
