Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Functional Architect / Associate Manager in Bengaluru. The candidate will lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional specs, and architect solutions across DELMIA modules with shop-floor integration and ERP/MES interfaces.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on DELMIA experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to define processes and architecture for end-to-end manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in DELMIA/3DEXPERIENCE domains.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs and blueprints.
• Knowledge of DELMIA modules and shop-floor integration is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and define As-Is/To-Be manufacturing processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution blueprints.
• Architect solutions across DELMIA modules including Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions & Plant Layout.
• Apply digital manufacturing simulations including Robotics, Ergonomics & Time Studies.
• Design and govern change management processes (ECR/ECN).
• Define organization structures, roles, and security contexts.

We are looking for an experienced Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA professional with 7.5+ years of hands‑on experience, strong expertise in digital manufacturing, functional architecture, and E2E manufacturing processes.

• Lead discovery workshops and define As-Is/To-Be manufacturing processes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution blueprints
• Architect solutions across DELMIA modules including Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions & Plant Layout
• Apply Digital Manufacturing simulations including Robotics, Ergonomics & Time Studies
• Design and govern ECR/ECN change management processes
• Define People & Organization structures, roles, security contexts & collaborative spaces
• Design integrations with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle and MES
• Collaborate with Business, Technical and Solution Architects
• Drive enhancement/service requests and issue resolution
