Job summary

Sunteck Realty is seeking an experienced Digital Head Marketing to lead the digital strategy for its real estate portfolio in Mumbai. You will drive brand presence, lead generation, and customer acquisition while aligning with sales objectives and growth targets.

The role requires 15+ years in digital marketing, strong performance marketing, and hands-on management of large digital budgets and agencies. You will collaborate with Sales and Project Marketing to raise lead quality and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within Real Estate.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, analytics and digital campaign management.
• Proven experience managing large digital budgets and agency partners.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate digital ecosystem.
• Data-driven, commercially oriented and strong in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across projects and the corporate brand.
• Drive performance marketing across Google, Meta and other relevant digital platforms to generate quality leads and conversions.
• Lead SEO, SEM, social media, content, website and online reputation initiatives.
• Develop digital campaign and lead-generation strategies aligned with project launches and sales objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CAC, ROI and conversion metrics; optimize spends accordingly.
• Leverage CRM, analytics and marketing technology to improve lead nurturing and customer journeys.
• Work closely with Sales, CRM and Project Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Lead digital agencies, media partners and other external vendors.
• Track digital trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and provide regular digital performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
