Job summary

Eximietas Design in India seeks motivated Design for Test (DFT) professionals to own the end-to-end DFT flow from RTL to final pattern delivery across complex IP, Subsystem, and SoC designs.

You will implement scan architecture including EDT & OCC, ATPG, DRC analysis, coverage optimization, and pattern simulations. Collaboration with Design, Verification, and Physical Design teams is essential, with MBIST, IJTAG, and JTAG integration driving the DFT sign-off deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ATPG simulations and netlist handling.
• Block-level and SoC-level pattern retargeting/debugging.
• Knowledge of ICL and PDL standards.
• Hands-on experience with industry DFT tools Tessent, TestMAX/TetraMAX or Modus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of DFT implementation flow from RTL to sign-off.
