Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal. You will lead integrations, automation, and platform administration to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a solid understanding of architecture, workflows, and Agile delivery. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and ITAM.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON, and AngularJS.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, Email, and MID Server integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
