Team Computers in Goa, India seeks an L2 IT Support Technician to handle desktop, laptop, OS and application issues, install and patch software, and ensure SLA compliance.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office O365, connectivity, VPN, BIOS, and endpoint problems, manage user accounts in Active Directory, coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors, and document incidents and MIS while following security procedures.

• Provide L2 technical support for desktop, laptop, OS and application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/O365, hardware, printers, LAN/Wi‑Fi and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and troubleshooting in Active Directory.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools and ensure SLA compliance.
• Perform software installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot VPN, BitLocker, BIOS and endpoint‑related issues.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for complex technical issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and support hardware/software lifecycle activities.
• Prepare incident reports, technical documentation and daily/weekly MIS.
• Provide remote and onsite support to users as required.
• Follow IT security, compliance and standard operating procedures.
