Job summary

Progressive Techserve in Bengaluru invites a Desktop Support professional to provide IT support as single point of contact, handling desktop related issues via phone, ticket, email and chat.

You will coordinate with engineers, deliver desk-side and remote assistance, monitor customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, AD, DNS/DHCP, and hardware issues. Strong communication and technical knowledge are essential to deliver smooth IT operations for local users.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and IT helpdesk environments.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Proficient troubleshooting of Windows OS, Outlook, AD, DNS and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop-based IT support as single point of contact via phone, ticket system, email and chat.
• Coordinate with engineers and users to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide desk-side support for local users and remote assistance for others.
• Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction feedback.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware including printers and PCs.
