Job summary

SHI is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer who can quickly join and handle desktop, laptop, and printer issues. This role covers responding to tickets, installing software, and maintaining OS configurations for both remote and on-site users.

The candidate should have IT/CS education and experience in service/help desk, with strong hardware, OS, and networking knowledge, plus good communication skills. Immediate joiner and male candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience in desktop support or service/help desk.
• Knowledge of hardware, OS and networking.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues.
