Job summary

TP in Hyderabad is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues to keep IT operations smooth.

Joining is immediate; shift is rotational with 6 days working. Candidates should have strong Windows knowledge, basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), AD, printer/scanner troubleshooting, and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy. Good communication.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
• Printer and scanner troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
