Job summary

Nexera People Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer L2 to support end users at the Mysuru location. The role requires strong Windows troubleshooting, hardware handling, and enterprise app support, with experience in AD/GPO, and networking fundamentals.

This is a work-from-office position with 24x7 shift considerations. You will handle L2 incidents, coordinate with security for patches, and utilize ticketing tools to ensure timely resolution for enterprise users in a corporate

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and desktop support.
• Experience with desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals and OS installation.
• Working knowledge of AD, GPO and user access management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and enterprise apps.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management and software deployment.
• Experience supporting enterprise users and managing escalated L2 incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for end users in a corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and peripherals.
• Manage user access and Group Policy.
• Coordinate with IT security for patching and endpoint protection.
• Resolve escalated L2 tickets and ensure timely incident closure.
