Job summary

Said Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra, invites applications for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to install and configure OS, implement AD policies, and manage data backup and security services.

The role covers virtualization, cloud migrations, firewall security, and incident/problem management, with hands-on work on HCI infra and enterprise products. Strong communication and team leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OS installation and AD policy implementation.
• Experience with data backup software deployment and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Linux) and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ISO processes and strong communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and following reporting cycles (daily/weekly/monthly).

Responsibilities

• Install and configure OS, AD implementation of policies.
• Configuration & deployment of data backup software.
• Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/Linux), firewall security, XDR/EDR, DLP.
• Hands-on expertise on cloud migration and MS Office 365, GCP, Azure.
• Hands-on expertise on HCI infrastructure hardware/software.
• Set up users, email accounts and profiles.
• Install/Configure/Upgrade enterprise products (server, storage).
• Apply patches/updates to software and firmware.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues and upgrades.
• Quarterly preventive maintenance.
• Manage backups for server, storage, AD and end users.
• Maintain inventories of IT enterprise assets.
• Document issues with solutions for future reference.
• Follow client processes and policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL/ISO processes.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Experience in team leading/management.
• Adhere to reporting mechanisms (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Strong incident and problem management experience.

Handson Expertise on implementation, optimization & Migration- on Cloud Solutions MS

office O635, GCP, Azure etc.

Handon expertise on HCI Infra Hardware/ Software.

Setting up User, e-Mail Accounts and Profiles

Install/Configure/Upgrade the Enterprise Product – Server, Storage etc.

Installing Updates, known as Patches, to Software Applications, Firmware etc.

Troubleshoot and Fix Network’s, Hardware and/or Software Issues & upgradations

Quarterly carry out Preventive Maintenance

Manage Backup- Server, Storage, AD & End User

Maintain Inventories of IT enterprise Assets

Maintain Documentation of Issues along with Solutions, for Future Reference

Follow Process and Policies of Client

Should Have the knowledge of ITIL/ISO Processes.

Good Written & Communication Skill.

Experience of Team Leding/ management etc.
