Job summary

CMS It Services in Gurugram is seeking an IT Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience to manage day-to-day end-user issues, patch OS/software, troubleshoot hardware, and handle on-premise infrastructure security.

You will oversee backup/disaster recovery planning, manage network devices, and configure service desk tools to streamline ticketing and incident response.

Immediate joiners

• Manage and handle day by day issues with End users,
• Operating System & Software patching, hardware troubleshooting,
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues for end-users.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery planning for on-premises infrastructure.
• Support hardware, software, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Implement access controls and security policies in alignment with IT best practices.
• Configuration & management of service desk tools like Manage Engine SDP & Endpoint Central, Zendesk, Jira, etc.
• Knowledge to Manage issues with physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux).
• knowledge to Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Office 365 & Google Suite.
• Ensure system security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring and patch management.
• Good knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.
• Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Certifications (Preferred if any)

Microsoft, CISCO etc if any (Windows Server, Azure, Administration or any, CompTIA A+ or Network+)
