As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance of our desktop systems. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our IT infrastructure and supporting our team members.

This position is vital to the success of Care Infotech, as you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining computer systems. The Desktop Support Engineer role requires a strong focus on customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, software, and peripheral devices.
