Axiom Technologies is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer based in Bangalore to handle OS and peripheral troubleshooting, software/hardware installation, and Windows OS support. The role may involve project work and remote work-from-home arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Windows operating systems and SCCM, with a basic understanding of SOE. Transportation and office cab/shuttle facilities may be offered as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with SCCM deployment and administration.

Responsibilities

OS and peripheral troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.

Install and maintain hardware and software, including SCCM.
Apply basic knowledge of SOE in day-to-day support.
