Job summary

Crossbow Labs LLP in Bengaluru, India is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. You will install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac OS, with basic Linux support, and support productivity apps and collaboration tools.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
