Job summary

RPM Global Business Capability Center in India is seeking a diligent Queue Coordinator to monitor the ticket queue, assign tickets on submission, and perform password resets for Active Directory and SAP for DAP and RO environments.

The role requires basic troubleshooting, desktop/laptop/mobile device support, MS Office troubleshooting, and strong communication to understand user needs and coordinate with stakeholders while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in desktop/support or IT helpdesk.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent completed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems preferred.
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices and MS Office applications.
