Edulearning venture is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install and configure desktops and laptops, manage user accounts, and maintain hardware and software across the organization.

You will provide remote and on-site assistance, handle device setup, software installations, and network troubleshooting while ensuring adherence to security policies and a high level of user satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Desktop and Laptop Installation: Install, configure, and set up desktops and laptops for employees.
• Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, including RAM, SSDs, monitors, keyboards, and mice.
• Peripheral Device Support: Install and configure printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripheral devices.
• Operating System Management: Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
• User Account Management: Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts through Active Directory or other authorized systems.
• Software Installation: Install and configure Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus software, and business applications.
• Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
• Password Management: Assist employees with password resets, account unlocking, and login-related problems.
• Remote Technical Support: Provide remote troubleshooting using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular software updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain records of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Ticket Management: Log, update, resolve, and close technical support tickets using ITSM tools.
• Incident Escalation: Escalate complex hardware, software, and network issues to L2/L3 support teams.
• Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices follow company IT security policies.
• End-User Support: Provide timely technical assistance and ensure employee satisfaction.
