Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for providing L1/L2 technical support, maintaining desktop systems, troubleshooting network issues, managing Microsoft 365 services, and assisting in firewall and security configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 & L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and system software.
• Manage user accounts, email configuration, and administration in Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Monitor and support network connectivity, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and internet connectivity issues.
• Assist in configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Fortinet FortiGate Firewall.
• Handle hardware installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access troubleshooting.
