Desktop technicians will provide day‑to‑day local or remote support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues, and document procedures in a ticketing system. They will facilitate customer resolution, coordinate with supervisors and managers to ensure consistent operations across all shifts, and support asset management and service delivery functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide smart‑hands support for desktops and mobile devices.
• Communicate effectively and manage IT hardware and software assets.
• Manage PCs and mobile assets in ServiceNow, tracking lifecycle stages.
• Maintain asset inventory.
• Coordinate PC fulfillment and installation processes (Autopilot, Reimage, Import).
• Diagnose and sanitize PCs: manage recycle pickup requests from end users.
• Process software provision and install requests, printer configuration, and miscellaneous services such as return labels.
• Provide walk‑up, deskside, and remote technical support.
• Apply troubleshooting skills for ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and iOS.
