Job summary

UST in Bengaluru seeks an ECU HW Integration Module Design engineer responsible for HW ECU design and development, including requirements management, schematics, BOM, circuit analysis, and coordinated verification samples.

You will prepare QAPs, perform quality gates and ASPICE audits, and drive defect reduction and process improvements across the program.

Role Description ECU HW Integration Module Design-ECU Electronics Module Design ECU Electronics 1 Perform HW ECU design and development which involves requirements engineering/management, design of schematics, prepare bill of materials, circuit analysis, prepare and coordinate samples for verification and validation, reviews and lessons learnt documentation. Prepare QAP(Quality Assurance Plan) for required Q-activities in line with project development/milestone planning. Perform Process compliance checks, evaluation of gaps to understand the impact on Product quality and driving the resolution. Perform work product audit on SW Engineering artifacts. Perform SW Quality Gates & RT assessments. Risk assessment preparation support & evaluation, in case of Management releases. Driving Quality improvement program/Defect reduction plan. 8D Moderation and CAR moderation. Project Q Status reporting: Q Dashboard preparation, presentation in Project Review meetings/PSC L3 . Timely escalation and resolution of identified issues. Support ASPICE gap analysis, assessment preparation, and audits(Internal, external & customer). Driving closure of the gaps Supporting project teams with respective understanding of process expectation & process implementation. Improvement of quality understanding and quality mind-set across the program. Deployment of company goals related to quality function. Active contribution for quality initiatives at organizational level
