Job summary

Symbiosis Management Consultants is seeking an SQE E&E with strong experience in supplier quality to lead quality improvements for automotive electronics components. The role emphasizes APQP/PPAP, supplier audits, and RTC/8D problem-solving within a cross-functional team in India.

The ideal candidate will drive NPI support, collaborate with suppliers to enhance manufacturing processes, and manage PCBA/electronics module manufacturing exposure. On-site role based in Pune district, Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive electronics components preferred.
• Strong background in supplier quality systems (APQP/PPAP).
• Experience with SCAR/8D/Root Cause Analysis and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development and drive improvements with early involvement in product development; complete joint PPAP as part of a cross-functional team.
• Drive collaboration with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and deploy processes and tools.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier audits and manage SCAR/8D/Root Cause Analysis.
• Coordinate and lead supplier development for PCBA / electronics module manufacturing exposure.

• Provide support and involvement in new product development, identifying and driving improvements through early involvement into product development Process and completion of joint PPAP as part a CFT.
• Drive collaboration with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and deploy processes and tools.
