Job summary

Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India seeks a Hardware Quality Assurance professional to identify quality risks, contribute to the Hardware Quality Assurance Plan (KARTE), and review ECUs and circuit designs for reliability and compliance. You will support environmental and EMC/EMI validation activities and engage with suppliers on technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality risks for projects and participate in the construction of the Hardware Quality Assurance Plan (KARTE)
• Perform component Design Review - ECU components quality and reliability (AEC qualification, Temperature, ESD, lifecycle)
• Perform Circuit Design Review - quality & reliability of circuit design; analyze schematics and ensure RNDS design rules compliance
• Review Environmental validation test specifications and test reports
• Review EMC/EMI validation test specifications and reports
• Contribute to OneVoice EE activities during RFQ for local and global projects
• Assist with obsolescence management and component shortage crisis
• Attend technical meetings and customer reporting; support suppliers for technical questions
• Design and develop hardware for local projects; stay aware of upcoming automotive hardware evolution and share with team

• Identify quality risks for projects and participate in the construction of the Hardware Quality Assurance Plan (KARTE)
• To perform the component Design Review -ECU components quality and reliability in terms of AEC qualification, Temperature, ESD and lifecycle.
• To perform the Circuit Design Review - quality & reliability of circuit design- extensive analysis of the electrical schematics, check of the compliance with our RNDS design rules during development and serial phase
• To perform Review on Environmental validation test Specification, test reports review during development and serial phase
• To perform Review on EMC /EMI validation test Specification, test reports review during development and serial phase
• OneVoice EE activities during RFQ for local and global projects.
• Component shortage crisis / obsolescence management.
• Attend technical meetings and customer reporting. Support supplier for technical questions.
• Design and develop hardware for different local projects need. Understating of upcoming new automotive hardware evolution and sharing to team members and PDEs.
