Responsibilities

• Drive store business development by engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Store Teams and Associates.
• Manage multiple stores within geography, including maintenance, dealer coordination and new store launches.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Order Processing, IT, Brand Team and Design Cell for seamless store operations.
• Manage escalations and coordinate execution of high-value, high-profile projects.
• Ensure adherence to consultation processes, reporting standards and project follow-ups.
• Establish quality standards for space planning, mood boards and design presentations.
• Support store profitability and business growth through upselling, cross-selling, training and sales enablement initiatives.
• Drive implementation of centrally launched business initiatives across stores.
