Job summary

Job description

Design Development:

Develop detailed designs for respective systems Mechanical including layouts, schematics, calculations, and equipment selection.

Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency, and energy performance.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare and review design documents such as BOQs, technical submittals, equipment specifications, and material requisitions.

Create and maintain design checklists, ensuring completeness and compliance.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Collaborate with architects, structural teams, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of designs.

Address technical queries from internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Conduct self-checks and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of designs. Ensure all designs meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

Technical Support:

Provide design-related support to procurement, site execution teams, and subcontractors.

Assist in resolving design-related issues during execution and commissioning stages.

Process Improvement:
