Job summary

Chaayos is seeking an HVAC engineer to perform heat-load calculations using HAP and Excel, evaluate ventilation schemes and select chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF and split units.

You will draft HVAC layouts with AutoCAD and Revit, prepare tender documents, technical specifications and BOQs, coordinate with consultants and contractors, monitor execution, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

• HVAC design experience including heat-load calculations.
• Proficiency with HAP, AutoCAD, Revit and Excel.
• Experience in Tendering, BOQ preparation, and coordination with teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC heat-load calculations using HAP and Excel.
• Conduct ventilation and HVAC system calculations.
• Select chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF and split units.
