Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Maharashtra, India, seeks a Design Engineer to lead product development for HVAC equipment, delivering 3D and 2D CAD designs and documentation.

You will develop fully parametric 3D models, create BOMs and manufacturing drawings, and collaborate with design and analysis teams to ensure defect-free CAD outputs. A 2–3 year SolidWorks background and knowledge of sheet metal are essential. Experience with CAD management systems and DFMEA/GD&T is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 2-3 years experience in design engineering with SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal part and assembly modelling.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Design engineering with Solidworks.
• Good understanding of new product development process.
• Good knowledge of sheet metal part and assembly modelling.

Good to have:

• Good knowledge of DFMEA(Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance).
• Experience on CAD management systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment’s like AHU, VAV, FCU, Fan Blower, Dampers, Diffusers, Grills, Chilled Beams etc. will be added advantage.
