DesignTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Fixture Design Engineer to develop fixtures for welding and assembly operations.

You will evaluate product drawings and welding sequences to create fixtures, select clamping methods, and ensure compatibility with MIG, TIG, spot, and robotic welding processes. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree with 3 years of fixture design experience, GD&T knowledge, and familiarity with pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of industry experience in fixture design for welding and assembly operations.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Understanding of welding processes and metallurgy.
• Familiarity with pneumatic/hydraulic systems and standard fixtures.
