Cyient Limited in Pune is seeking a BE Mechanical engineer to concept and design welding, assembly and test fixtures using Creo CAD. You will apply GD&T, interpret drawings, and create manufacturing drawings and review fixture plans.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years hands-on experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently on projects across machining, welding and fixture design, with good understanding of tolerances and processes.

Competenze

• BE Mechanical with 3+ years of hands-on experience in concept and design of Welding, assembly, Machining operation, Gauge Inspection & Test Fixture designing using Creo.
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes, resting, locating and clamping principles.
• Proficient in GD&T and creating manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing drawing reviews.
• Knowledge of PDM-Windchill is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with materials used for fixture design, welding symbols & heat treatment processes.
• Knowledge of limits, fits, tolerances and geometric tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints.
• Capability for large assembly tolerance stack analysis.
• Good English communication and ability to execute projects independently.
