Qualifications

• 7–10 years of BIW fixture design experience, OEM or Tier1 preferred.

• Strong GD&T knowledge, automotive standards, and tooling requirements.
• Knowledge of tooling components: pneumatics, clamps, modular fixtures.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
