Job summary

Careerlink Consultants in Pune, Maharashtra, invites a Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years in cutting tool design to lead product development projects, design and maintain tools per ISO/ANSI standards, and drive NX-based templates and automations.

You will calculate tool manufacturing costs, lead design discussions with customers and partners, and provide engineering support to production and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in cutting tool design.
• Experience leading design discussions with customers.

Design, development and maintenance work related Cutting tool design as per the ISO & ANSI Cutting tool Standards.

Support in developing design templates or automations in NX for enhancing global design efficiency.

Calculate cost price for tool manufacturing depending on overall manufacturing processes involved in production.

Lead design related discussion with customers and partners timely and effectively.

Understand the manufacturing process for cutting tool and provide engineering support to Production and other functions.

Should have out of box thinking capacity and good analytical and information processing capacity.
