Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner in Pune is seeking a Design Engineer with experience in Steam Engineering, Thermal and Mechanical Design. The successful candidate will contribute to steam system design, equipment sizing, and technical documentation.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on use of AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS. You will coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure project success in oil & gas environments.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with steam systems and oil & gas processes preferred.
• Proficient in pressure drop calculations and equipment selection.
• Strong technical documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Tender review and technical evaluation.
• Thermal & mechanical design of steam systems.
• Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, HMBDs, and technical datasheets.
• Equipment sizing and selection (control valves, pumps, heat exchangers, fans, etc.).
• Compliance with IBR, ASME, and EN standards.
• Client and vendor coordination throughout project execution.
