TVS Motor Company in Hosur is seeking a Design Engineer for the Design Engineering team. You will prepare design input sheets, perform DFMEA/DVP, and create 3D CAD masters while evaluating DFX, packaging, cost and weight constraints.

You will conduct FEA/NVH/DVA moldflow and stamping simulations, review IP and BOM, resolve customer complaints, and drive design improvements. The role calls for 8–10 years’ DE experience (BE 5–6, PG 4–5) with strong CAD skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Perform FEA,NVH,DVA,moldflow / stamping simulation for design improvement.
• Complete IP check, functional design review.

Responsabilidades

• Provide design alternatives considering DFX | interfacing and packaging requirements
• Prepare& Conduct DFMEA for parts and formulate DVP Create 3D master ( CAD ) and initiate workflow
• Perform mold flow | stamping | NVH | DVA simulations,suggest design improvements for FEA simulations
• Compile design input sheets considering PDD | AQ | MBQ | TQTrequirements
• Create 3D master and provide inputs for design improvementsusing design guidelines
• Review design for modularity index | part commonisation andprovide inputs using design guidelines
• Provide cost down | weight down plan for sub systems
• Review special characteristics linked to AQ | MBQ
• Review BOM and provide ADD DEL wherever applicable
• Conduct FDR for applicable parts | sub systems and benchmarkstudy
• Check supplier drawing for proprietary parts
• Study and understand test requirements as per TSES
• Prepare concept proto
• Review patent feedback closure and close FTO alongwith IP team
• Review IDF
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints through ECM system
• Prepare implementation plan for PACE ideas
• Approve CAD for accessories and implement through NPD | ECMsystem
• Prepare | Revise design manuals | standards andchecklists, consolidate as a design input sheet
