Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in interior project execution and design coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of interior detailing, drafting and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials and interior execution details.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between design and site teams.
• Experience in hospitality and developer projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and interior detail drawings.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements with site execution teams.
• Visit sites for measurements, design coordination and resolving drawing issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
• Review finishing materials, specifications, junction details and execution requirements.
• Ensure drawings are updated based on site conditions and design revisions.
• Manage and coordinate small interior projects independently.
• Support material selection, approvals, mock-ups and design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and interior detail drawings.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements with site execution teams.
• Visit sites for measurements, design coordination, and resolving drawing-related issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Review finishing materials, specifications, junction details, and execution requirements.
• Ensure drawings are updated based on site conditions and design revisions.
• Manage and coordinate small interior projects independently.
• Support material selection, approvals, mock-ups, and design documentation.
