Job summary

RV RENOVAPVT LTD in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai is seeking a Junior Interior Designer with strong coordination skills to support executive projects in commercial interiors. You will work closely with the Director, site engineers, vendors, and clients to keep multiple projects moving on schedule.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, 3 years of experience in commercial interiors, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3 years of experience in commercial interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Photoshop is an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare and work with BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site work for commercial spaces.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, including airport locations.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Director for multiple commercial interior design projects.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and project teams to gather accurate site updates, progress reports, measurements, photographs, and technical information, and present consolidated reports to the Director for review and decision‑making.
• Assist the Director in planning project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely follow‑up on pending tasks.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
• Review, organize, and maintain project documents, AutoCAD drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), specifications, and other project‑related records.
• Possess strong AutoCAD skills to review, understand, and make basic modifications to drawings whenever required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), reports, and other project documentation.
• Follow up with procurement teams, vendors, and contractors regarding material approvals, quotations, deliveries, and project timelines.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, client interactions, and efficiently manage the Director's calendar.
• Conduct site visits, whenever required, to understand project progress, verify information, and ensure effective communication between the site team and the Director.
• Monitor multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely coordination between the office and site teams.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, contractors, site teams, and senior management.
• Handle confidential correspondence, maintain records, and perform other executive assistance duties as assigned by the Director.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Candidate must possess excellent multitasking abilities and be capable of efficiently managing multiple assignments, coordinating with different teams, and handling competing priorities in a fast‑paced work environment.
