Job summary

360 Interior Designs is seeking a creative Architect with 5+ years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects. You will develop architectural and interior design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with project teams, and ensure successful execution while meeting client expectations and design standards.

The role involves site coordination, client meetings, and adherence to design standards in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
• 5+ years of interior design and fit-out project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: develop architectural and interior design concepts per client brief.
• Project Coordination: liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams through the project lifecycle.
• Technical Documentation: prepare detailed drawings including layout, furniture, ceilings, electrical, joinery, elevations, and GFC drawings.
• Client Management: participate in meetings, translate requirements into practical design solutions, address queries.
• Material & Vendor Coordination: assist in material selection and coordinate with vendors on design specs and budgets.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure design quality, maintain drawings revisions, and follow company standards.

Role & responsibilities

Design Development

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare space planning, layout designs, and design presentations.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during project implementation.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings including:
• Layout Plans

• Review and validate drawings before project execution.

Client Management
