Job summary

Pratish Enterprise in Maharashtra is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead design concepts, develop space plans, and oversee fit-out execution from concept to completion.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong AutoCAD/3D software skills, and expertise in BOQ, costing, and coordination with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will create detailed drawings and monitor budgets throughout the project.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Design & Concept Development: Develop creative and functional space plans, layouts, interior concepts, mood boards, 3D renders, and walkthroughs based on client requirements and project specifications.
2. Material & Design Selection: Select suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture, and dcor while ensuring the right balance of aesthetics, functionality, quality, durability, and budget.
3. Client, Vendor & Site Coordination: Conduct client meetings, present design concepts, manage revisions and approvals, and coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
4. Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed AutoCAD GFC/working drawings, electrical, plumbing and civil layouts, joinery details, furniture drawings, and other technical documentation required for execution.
5. Quantity, BOQ & Estimation: Prepare quantity take-offs, material schedules, BOQs, rate analysis, and detailed cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, material rates, and labour requirements.
6. Site Execution & Project Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits, monitor execution as per approved drawings and designs, resolve technical/design issues, coordinate with execution teams, and ensure quality and timelines are maintained.
7. Cost Control & Billing: Track project budgets, monitor material consumption and reconciliation, coordinate client/contractor/vendor billing, prepare cost reports, and ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget.

Requirements Senior Interior Designer

1. 5+ years of experience in interior design with strong knowledge of design, AutoCAD/3D software, technical drawings, BOQ, estimation, costing, and interior fit-out execution.
2. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, civil/MEP coordination, joinery, furniture, and site execution, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
3. Excellent client handling, vendor/contractor coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
