Job summary

Profound Human Resource Development Advisors is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator responsible for end-to-end ideation and design coordination across projects. You will liaise with project architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring error-free drawings, correct specifications, and timely delivery on site.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders on 3D animation, brochure design, and compliance tasks, while supporting management with master scheduling and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Ability to deliver error-free drawings and correct specifications on site.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with primary consultants: project architect, local architect, landscape architect, interior designer, structural consultant, BIM, IGBC and MEP consultant.
• Coordinate with brochure stakeholders 3D animation and brochure designers and supporting consultants.
• Ensure delivery of drawings with correct specifications and methodology on time at site.
• Facilitate contract manager for finalization of contract scope, design coordination, shop drawing checks and approvals.
• Coordinate with site team and visit site to resolve drawing issues.
• Ensure adherence to SOP communication protocols.
• Coordinate between top management and all consultants, site team, contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide design-related inputs and value addition to top management.
• Assist planning team in master schedule preparation.
• Oversee JDC and interior executive activities.
• Facilitate preparation of SOF (Schedule of Finishes/Specifications).
• Coordinate with compliance team for timely submission of drawings to statutory authority.
• Coordinate with in-house MEP design coordinator.
• Share monthly MIS with project details, status and risk mitigation.

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end Ideation andDesignCoordination based on individual project .

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Primary Consultants : like Project Architect, local architect, Landscape architect, interiordesigner, Structural Consultant, BIM ,IGBC And MEP Consultant
• Liaison with Brochure Stakeholders 3D animation and Brochuredesigners and supporting consultants
• Coordinate with Architect , Structural engineer and other consultants and ensuring to deliver error free drawing , right specification and correct methodology at site within mentioned time frame.
• Facilitate ContractManagerfor finalization of contract (scope of works part,design coordination, checking of shop drawing and obtaining approval for consultants on same and sampling works for consultant approval , timelines, payment terms, preparation of drawing delivery schedule, specification and broad scope of work.
• Coordinate with Site Team and visit site periodically to solve issues on drawing .
• Ensuring adherences to Communication protocol as per SOP
• Coordinationbetween top management all Consultants, Site Team, Contractors for all disciplines and their stakeholders
• Suggestion/value addition to top management ondesignrelated inputs
• Give inputs to the planning team for preparation of the master schedule
