Job summary

Birla Estates is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to manage and coordinate design activities at the project site. The incumbent will work closely with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure timely issuance of construction-ready drawings.

The role requires coordinating with internal project, operations, and execution teams, reviewing drawings for clashes, and facilitating design issue resolution to maintain alignment with on-site construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP design consultants.
• Ensure timely availability and issuance of accurate, construction-ready drawings.
• Review and coordinate drawings to identify design clashes and discrepancies.
• Facilitate timely closure of design issues through RFIs and consultant clarifications.
• Maintain continuity and alignment between design and on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with internal project, operations, and execution teams.
• Track design deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Support resolution of site-level design and technical coordination issues.
• Ensure effective communication among consultants and project stakeholders.
