Asian Paints in Gwalior is seeking a Design & Sales Specialist to design kitchens and wardrobes for clients at the store and to assist in driving store sales. The role requires proficiency in Auto CAD or 20-20 software, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and client-facing experience is preferred.

The position involves site visits for measurements and installation, coordinating orders, and post-sales follow-ups while maintaining strong relationships with architects and interior

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Design kitchens and wardrobes for clients at the store.
• Support store manager to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer walk-ins and understand client needs.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and installation.
• Design using software to client satisfaction.
• Manage existing customers with order updates and feedback.
• Book orders in software and coordinate material dispatch.
• Follow up post-sales activities.
• Maintain relationships with architects/interior designers to generate leads.
• Report sales and order booking data to the manager.

Location: Gwalior

Other Key Requirements:

Comfortable working on weekends and good knowledge of Auto CAD or 20-20 software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Client-facing experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 1. Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
2. 2. Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
3. 3. Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
4. 4. Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation
5. 5. Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
6. 6. Managing existing customers: order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc.
7. 7. Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
8. 8. Required to do follow-ups post sales
9. 9. Maintaining database of and follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
10. 10. Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly
