Asian Paints in India seeks a store-based design and sales professional responsible for kitchen and wardrobe design at the store, supporting the manager to achieve monthly targets. You will engage with customers, perform site visits, and translate requirements into designs using software, ensuring client satisfaction.

The role also covers order booking, coordinating dispatch, post-sales follow-ups, and maintaining leads with architects and interior designers to expand regional opportunities.

• Conduct site visits for measurements and installation planning.
• Create designs using software to client satisfaction.
• Manage existing customers with order updates and follow-ups.
• Book orders on software and coordinate material dispatch with backend teams.
• Carry out post-sales follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain database and engage architects/designers to generate region leads.
• Report sales and order data to the manager regularly.

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables

• 1.Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• 2.Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• 3.Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• 4.Conducting site visits(client home) for site measurements and installation
• 5.Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• 6.Managing existing customers - order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• 7.Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• 8.Required to do follow-ups post sales
• 9.Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• 10.Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly
