Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design kitchen and wardrobe for store clients at the store.
• Support store manager/dealer to drive store sales and meet monthly targets.
• Handle customer walk-ins and understand needs.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and installation.
• Create designs using Auto CAD or 20-20 to client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update database of customers; coordinate with architects/designers for leads.
• Report sales and order data to the manager regularly.
• Follow-up post-sales activities.
• Coordinate material dispatch with backend teams.
• Relocate as needed within the state for placement.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or any other related degree in furniture design Location: Multiple Locations, Pan India. As mentioned in the job openings notification Experience: 3-5 years.

Other Key Requirements

• Comfortable working on weekends and good knowledge of Auto CAD or 20-20 software,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Client facing experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in that state.

The base location can be changed within that state where the candidate is placed initially.

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables

• 1. Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• 2. Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• 3. Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• 4. Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation
• 5. Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• 6. Managing existing customers – order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc.
• 7. Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• 8. Required to do follow-ups post sales
• 9. Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• 10. Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly
