Job summary

Asian Paints in Ahmedabad is seeking a store design and sales support associate responsible for kitchen and wardrobe design for clients at the store. You will help the store manager drive sales, handle walk-ins, and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities include conducting client home site visits for measurements and installation, creating designs with software, coordinating with backend teams for material dispatch, and following up on post-sales queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store.
• Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• Conducting site visits(client home) for site measurements and installation
• Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers – order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• Required to do follow-ups post sales
• Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly
