Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• End-to-end knowledge of P2P processes is essential.
• Experience with non-IT procurement, facilities, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for non-IT, FM, admin, and business needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, and contracts with vendors.
• Identify and onboard vendors; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and audit readiness.
• Monitor spend, budget adherence, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

1. Manage end-to-end procurement processes for non-IT, facility management, administrative, and business-related requirements.
2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
3. Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
4. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and contracts with vendors.

Vendor Management

1. Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors.
2. Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and compliance assessments.
3. Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
4. Address vendor disputes and resolve procurement-related issues.

Contract & Compliance Management

1. Review procurement contracts in coordination with legal and business teams.
2. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain procurement records, documentation, and audit readiness.
4. Support internal and external audit requirements.

Budget & Cost Optimization

1. Track procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
2. Monitor budget adherence and procurement efficiency.
3. Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, and management reports.

Stakeholder Management

1. Collaborate with business functions to understand procurement requirements.
2. Provide procurement guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
3. Ensure procurement activities align with organizational objectives and timelines.
