Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to drive TPM initiatives and uptime in a high-volume automotive setting in Maharashtra. You will troubleshoot mechanical presses, CNC machines, EOT cranes and lead MFMEA deployments within ISO-based quality programs.

Applicants should have 5–11 years of experience, a BE in Mechanical, and strong analytical and teamwork skills to coordinate cross-functional maintenance activities on-site in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–11 years of experience in automotive maintenance and TPM.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS/QMS standards and MFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical presses and CNC machines.
• Monitor uptime, MTTR/MTBF and implement TPM pillars.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000/TS 16949 and related standards.
• Plan spares and coordinate with maintenance teams.
