Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Nagpur seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to drive continuous process improvement across manufacturing cells. You will plan preventive maintenance, manage TPM initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering, with a strong background in projects, FMEA, 5S, and ISO/OHSAS systems. TPM, safety, and cost-reduction focus are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with TPM, 5S and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous process improvement to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Plan and manage maintenance, TPM activities and safety on shop floor.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/OHSAS standards and corrective actions from inspections.

Job description
