Job summary

Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Civil Engineering professional to oversee cost, quantity surveying, and commercial management on residential projects.

You will lead take-off, BOQ management, budgeting, tendering, and contractor certification, ensuring strict cost control across high-rise or large-scale communities.

Experience with real estate developers and strong negotiation with stakeholders is preferred.
