Job summary

Time Hack Consulting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager for Bengaluru. The role focuses on BoQ preparation from drawings, tendering, cost control, and procurement support for premium residential projects.

You will verify contractor bills, track materials, and drive vendor negotiations while coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure project cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management within real estate or construction.
• Strong experience in residential projects, preferably luxury/premium developments.
• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, rate analysis, billing, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP quantities.
• Experience handling contractors, consultants, and commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in Excel and QS/ERP systems; knowledge of SAP/ERP and quantity take-off software preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making skills.
